    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Learners will receive a monthly "Learning Narrative Report" upon completion of every scheduled 20 sessions for Pre-Kinder, and 12 sessions for Preschooler and Playgroup.

    2. Only learners who complete a full term (3 months) will receive a "Report Card" during the Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) at the end of the term.

    3. Learners who complete all three terms will receive a "Certificate of Completion" at the end of the school year.

    4. A "Certificate of Participation" will be awarded to learners who do not complete all three terms.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Students/tutees will be given a start and end date (bracket dates).

    2. You will receive a notification of your account/payables, which must be settled at the beginning of each period.

    3. Official holidays, Oct 27-31, Dec 22-Jan 2, Mar 30-Apr 3 are excluded from the computation. Any unexpected suspensions or cancellations will be rescheduled.

    4. Students/tutees must comply with the required number of hours set for each period. In cases of absence due to valid reasons, consideration may be given to use the paid sessions within the current paid period only, subject to the availability of slots and the teacher. Otherwise, the missed sessions will be forfeited.

    5. Please note that payments are non-refundable.

    6. Should you wish to discontinue the tutorial, a one-month advance notice is required before the intended end date.

    Pay.
