The student’s first day at Cognitio will serve as the official start date of the student’s tutorial account.

You will receive a monthly account or payment notification based on this date. This date will also serve as the monthly payment due date, regardless of holidays, class suspensions, or other days without face-to-face tutorial sessions.

During holidays, class suspensions, or days when face-to-face tutorial sessions are not held, reviewers may be uploaded to cognitioreviewers.com so your child can continue learning and reviewing at home.

Please note that all payments made are non-refundable.

Should you wish to discontinue the tutorial service, we kindly request a one-month advance notice before the intended end date.

GUIDELINES AND TERMS

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLMENT

Students/tutees will be given a start and end date, also referred to as the bracket dates, for each paid period. Parents will receive a notification of their child’s account/payables, which must be settled at the beginning of each period.

Please note that official holidays and scheduled breaks are already considered in the schedule and are not counted as payable class days. In case of unexpected class suspensions or cancellations, the affected sessions will be rescheduled.

Students/tutees are expected to complete the required number of hours within each paid period. For absences due to valid reasons, we may allow the missed session to be used within the current paid period only, depending on the availability of slots and the assigned teacher. Sessions that are not used within the current paid period may be forfeited.

GUIDELINES AND TERMS

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLMENT

Learners will receive a monthly Learning Narrative Report upon completion of every scheduled 20 sessions for Pre-Kinder and 12 sessions for Preschooler and Playgroup.

Only learners who complete a full term of 3 months will receive a Report Card during the Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) at the end of the term.

Learners who complete all three terms or at least 9 out of 10 cycles, as stated in the LCC Term Schedule, will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the school year.

A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to learners who do not complete all three terms.

The dates stated in the LCC Fee Schedule Plan will serve as the official payment due dates. Official holidays and scheduled breaks are already considered in the schedule and are not counted as payable class days.

Parents will receive a monthly account or payment notification based on the stated due date.

In case of class suspensions or days when face-to-face tutorial sessions are not held, worksheets may be uploaded to cognitioreviewers.com so your child can continue learning and reviewing at home.

For late enrollees and irregular students, the account will be computed from the start date up to the end of the current cycle. If the computed amount is below 50% of the regular monthly fee, a one-month advance payment will be added to the total amount to be settled upon enrollment.
